Hi,

in some Mailboxes flagged items do not show up in online mode or owa. If the same mailboxes use outlook in cache mode the flagged items show up properly.
I already tried resetting outlook views (Outlook.exe /resettodobar). Still the same.

Any suggestions?

Before going further, I would like to ask the following questions to narrow down the issue:

1.If you flag the item via OWA, is there the same issue?

2.If you change the mailbox to another PC and use online mode, is there the same issue?

3.Try to change these mailboxes to another database, how about the result?

We tried all of the above suggestions on several affected mailboxes. Nothing changed.
All the affected mailboxes are are older ones (migrated through different exchange versions from exchange 2000 onwards). But not all older ones are affected.
